If you need to correct it, contact us at info@swiftronics.tech with your order number right away — we can only update an address before the order is fulfilled. Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address on the order, we are unable to recover, replace, or refund the parcel, and carriers do not accept claims in these cases. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed are refunded less original shipping and any carrier return fees.

Returns must be started within 30 days of receipt, and return shipping is paid by the buyer. If the item has been used or shows signs of usage, a restocking fee of no less than 20% of the original purchase price applies. Swiftronics reserves the right to inspect any item before approving a refund.

At Swiftronics we offer a 30-day warranty on all our international devices, issued as a repair, or a replacement if a repair is not feasible. This warranty applies to product defects and failures only. Warranty claims made after 30 days are redirected to the product manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's policies. Under no circumstances will liquid or physical damage be covered by warranty.

Yes. If a US retailer has a lower price on the identical item, we'll match it at the time of purchase.

Open box devices may not include headphones for hygienic reasons, and may have minor cosmetic differences compared to brand-new units. Open box devices are final sale.

Global models will include chargers from their country of origin.
