Return & Warranty Policy

1. Standard Returns

We pride ourselves on offering fair prices and ethical service. If you decide not to keep your item, returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Condition & Restocking Fees

Swiftronics reserves the right to inspect all items before approving a refund. Items that have been used or show signs of wear will be subject to a restocking fee of no less than 20% of the original purchase price.

3. Order Cancellations

Requests for order cancellations made prior to shipping will be refunded minus a 3% transaction fee associated with processing the order.

4. Domestic Warranty & Alterations

We offer a 30-day domestic warranty on all international devices, issued as a repair or a replacement if a repair is not feasible.

  • Coverage: This warranty applies strictly to inherent product defects and hardware failures.

  • Exclusions: Under no circumstances will liquid damage or physical damage be covered.

  • Alterations: This warranty is immediately void if the device has been opened, altered, or repaired by a third party without express written authorization from Swiftronics.

  • Post-Warranty: All claims made after the 30-day period will be redirected to the product manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s specific policies.

5. Final Sale Items

All sales are final for the following categories:

  • Accessories and Wearables

  • Home Theatre items

  • Open Box devices

  • Purchases of additional extended warranty coverage

6. Defective on Arrival (DOA)

In the event you receive an item that is defective out of the box, please contact us immediately so we can prioritize a replacement for you.
