A: In the event of the buyer purchasing an item and deciding not to keep it for any reason other than manufacturer defect, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A: We offer Standard (3-4 Business Days) and Next Day (1 Business Day) shipping. If your order is placed prior to 2:00pm EST, we will ship your order within the same day. Otherwise, we will ship on the following business day. The amount of time it actually takes for your order to reach its destination depends on your shipping method and courier delivery standards. Example 1: If your order is placed on Monday at 11:00am, and you chose Expedited, you should expect to receive your order between Wednesday and Friday (end of day).

Please note that shipping times are estimates that are provided to us by our shipping partners. Swiftronics is not liable for any delays in shipping times that are a result of shipping carriers.

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

A: We ship to the address exactly as entered on your order, so please check it carefully at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us at info@swiftronics.tech with your order number right away — we can only update an address before the order is fulfilled. Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address on the order, we are unable to recover, replace, or refund the parcel, and carriers do not accept claims in these cases. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed are refunded less original shipping and any carrier return fees.

Nothing here limits any right or remedy available to you under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

A: Yes, we ship across the U.S., including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.

A: We ship with UPS and FedEx, depending on your location and shipping method selected.

A: If the item has been used or shows signs of usage, a re-stocking fee no less than 20% of the original selling price will be applied to the current price. Swiftronics reserves the right to inspect any item before approving a refund.

At Swiftronics we offer a 30 day warranty on all our international devices which will be issued as a repair or a replacement if a repair is not feasible. This warranty applies to product defects and failures only. All warranty claims placed 30 days after the date of receipt will be redirected to the product manufacturer and will be subject to manufacturer’s warranties and return policies. Under no circumstances will liquid or physical damage be covered by warranty.
