Do I have to pay for return shipping if I want to exchange a product?

In the event of the buyer purchasing an item and deciding not to keep it for any reason other than manufacturer defect, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?

In the event of receiving an item that is defective, please contact us so we can make it right. We also cover return shipping.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?

We offer Standard (3-4 Business Days) and Next Day (1 Business Day) shipping. If your order is placed prior to 2:00pm EST, we will ship your order within the same day. Otherwise, we will ship on the following business day. The amount of time it actually takes for your order to reach its destination depends on your shipping method and courier delivery standards. Example 1: If your order is placed on Monday at 11:00am, and you chose Expedited, you should expect to receive your order between Wednesday and Friday (end of day).

Please note that shipping times are estimates that are provided to us by our shipping partners. Swiftronics is not liable for any delays in shipping times that are a result of shipping carriers. 

Please ensure that shipping details are entered correctly, we ship based on the information provided to us. Any shipment that is returned to sender will be covered at the buyers expense.
Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes we do. We ship across North America with the exception of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska
Who do you ship with?

We ship with FedEx and Canada Post, depending on your location and shipping method selected.

• Please note that purchases over $100 CAD require a Signature upon Delivery.
What is your return policy?

If the item has been used or shows signs of usage, a re-stocking fee no less than 20% of the original selling price will be applied to the current price. Swiftronics reserves the right to inspect any item before approving a refund.

At Swiftronics we offer a 30 day warranty on all our international devices which will be issued as a repair or a replacement if a repair is not feasible. This warranty applies to product defects and failures only. All warranty claims placed 30 days after the date of receipt will be redirected to the product manufacturer and will be subject to manufacturer’s warranties and return policies. Under no circumstances will liquid or physical damage be covered by warranty.

*Wearables, Accessories, and TV boxes are NOT eligible for returns due to hygienic reasons*

Will I be charged Tariffs?

The old “de minimis” exemption is being phased out or limited.Previously, goods valued underUSD $800entered the U.S. duty-free underSection 321 (de minimis).

However,recent policy changes and proposed U.S. legislation (2024–2025)have restricted this rule — especially for electronics or shipments from countries like China or when using certain courier networks.

As a result,your package may now be taxed, even if it’s under $800.
Do you offer an Extended Warranty for Phones?

Yes, Swiftronics does offer an extended warranty program through Surebright. This warranty covers both mechanical breakdowns and accidental damage. The warranty period can vary from one to three years, depending on the product.

What is an open box item?

Open box items are items that were either show cased in store, tested by our associates, or returned under buyers remorse within 30 days.

  1. All of our open box items have been rigorously tested and have passed our checklist of being sellable.
  2. Please note that open box items may not include headphones for hygienic reasons and would need to be purchased separately.
  3. We offer a 90-day guarantee on all of our open box items .
  4. Physical conditions may vary.
  5. All open box items are final sale.
